March 2026 Digital Growth Proposal for Heatwave

40 Years of Proven Work.
It Deserves to Be Seen.

Heatwave has built critical infrastructure for Auckland’s most ambitious projects, from City Rail Link to Eden Park. This proposal outlines how Creativ360 will bring your digital presence up to that same standard.

Prepared by: Creativ360

Prepared for: Heatwave

Opening Note

Thank you for the opportunity to put this together.

Heatwave operates in a commercial environment where reputation, reliability, and trust are everything. Your website and digital presence are often the first place clients, contractors, and partners go to validate those qualities.

This proposal is not just about improving how things look it is about strengthening how Heatwave is perceived, how clearly it communicates, and how effectively it supports ongoing growth.

We are Creating the Best Websites Amazing Plugins

Where We Start

What We Noticed Looking at Heatwave

Before putting this proposal together, we spent time going through your website, thinking about how specifiers and project managers search for contractors like you, and looking at where the gaps are. Here’s what stood out.

The website doesn't reflect the work

You've delivered HVAC for City Rail Link, Eden Park, Waterview Tunnel, and Waitemata DHB. That's an extraordinary track record but a visitor to heatwave.co.nz today wouldn't feel the weight of it. The photography is thin, the project stories are brief, and the calibre of your clients isn't coming through.

Specifiers and engineers can't find you

When a mechanical engineer or project manager searches "HVAC contractor Auckland pharmaceutical" or "medical gas Auckland", Heatwave doesn't surface. With no blog, no technical content, and no SEO strategy, contractors with thinner CVs are getting the first call that should be yours.

LinkedIn is where B2B relationships form

Commercial contracts worth hundreds of thousands of dollars are often won through repeated, professional visibility, not cold calls. Right now, Heatwave has little active LinkedIn presence. The architects, property managers, and procurement teams you want to be front-of-mind for aren't seeing you at all.

Completed jobs disappear without a trace

Every project Heatwave finishes is a story worth telling, GMP pharmaceutical environments, specialist medical gas, major infrastructure. But without photography or documented case studies, those projects vanish from view the moment the job card closes. They should be working for you for years.

AI assistants don't know you exist

When a facilities manager asks ChatGPT or Google's AI Overview "who are the best commercial HVAC contractors in Auckland?", Heatwave doesn't appear. This is the fastest-growing discovery channel in B2B, and it requires specific work that most agencies haven't caught up to yet.

SimPro data isn't feeding your pipeline

Your job management system holds completed project history, asset records, client relationships, and maintenance schedules. None of that is connected to your marketing or sales pipeline. With the right integration, it could be proactively generating maintenance reminders and renewal conversations automatically.

What We're Proposing

A Joined-Up Digital Approach

A website on its own is just a brochure. What makes it work is the content, photography, search strategy, and consistent presence that surrounds it. This proposal covers all of that, planned together, built together, and maintained together so each piece reinforces the others.

Website Design & Build

A new website that does justice to Heatwave's depth of capability, showcasing projects, credentials, and specialties in a way that builds confidence with the people who matter most to your business.

Photography & Videography

Real photography and video on an ongoing basis, so every major project gets documented, your team gets seen, and you always have fresh, professional content to publish.

Social Media Management

Consistent, considered content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, putting Heatwave in front of the commercial property managers, engineers, and decision-makers who need to know you exist.

AI, SEO, GEO & AEO

Getting found now means showing up on Google, in local search, in AI answer engines, and in conversational search.
Four different channels, each needing its own approach.

Ongoing Support & Content Retainer

A prepaid credit-hour model that gives Heatwave genuine flexibility, updates, new features, content, blog posts, Google My Business management, and more, drawn down transparently from a pool of hours. No flat fee headaches, no surprises for either side.

Ongoing Support

How the Credit Model Works

Flat monthly retainers have a fundamental problem, some months you need a lot of work done, and some months you need almost nothing. A fixed fee penalises you in quiet months and leaves me under water in busy ones. The credit-hour model is a straightforward fix for that.

You purchase a block

Choose a prepaid hour block each month. Hours are purchased upfront and sit in your account ready to use.

You submit requests

Need a content update, new project page, blog post, design tweak, or GMB update? Submit a request and we'll confirm the hour estimate before starting anything.

Credits are drawn down

Hours are logged against your balance as work is completed. You get a clear breakdown every month, no vague invoices. Rush requests (same or next day) draw at 1.5× rate, agreed in advance.

Rollover & renew

Unused hours roll over for 90 days. You'll never feel pressured to invent requests just to use up your allocation, that wouldn't help either of us.

Add-Ons

When the Time is Right

These aren’t required to get started, but they’re worth knowing about. Each one can be added at any stage, and each one makes the rest of what we’re doing more effective.

Branding & Graphic Design

Refresh or evolve the Heatwave visual identity, logo refinement, brand guidelines, and templates for tenders, email signatures, vehicle signage, PPE, and marketing collateral. A look that's consistent from the site to the site visit.

Workflow Audit

A structured look at how jobs move through your business — from initial enquiry through to quoting, scheduling, delivery, invoicing, and follow-up. We find where work is being lost or delayed, and map out practical improvements.

Automation

Build workflows that run without manual input, follow-up emails after a quote, maintenance reminders for existing clients, lead nurture sequences from website enquiries, and scheduled content tied to seasonal demand.

HVAC CRM & SimPro Integration

Connect SimPro to a CRM and your marketing tools, so completed jobs automatically trigger follow-up, assets due for planned maintenance get flagged proactively, and your operational data starts working as a sales tool.

A Bit About Us

What You Can Expect Working with Us

You'll work with the founder directly

Creativ360 is a focused boutique — so the person who puts this proposal together is the same person doing the work. No handoffs to junior staff, no account managers relaying messages. If something needs discussing, you call me.

One relationship covering everything

Managing a web agency, a photographer, an SEO consultant, and a social media manager separately is a job in itself. This proposal keeps it under one roof — one strategy, one conversation, and one person accountable for the whole picture.

We take AI seriously

Most agencies are still focused on Google page one. That still matters, but the way people find contractors is already changing. We're building for how Heatwave shows up when someone asks an AI tool for a recommendation, because that's where B2B discovery is heading.

We'll take the time to understand your industry

Writing about BIM 360 modelling, MedGas compliance, PGDB licensing, or IQP inspections requires understanding what those things actually mean. We'll do that work upfront so nothing gets oversimplified or misrepresented in your content.

Process
2022

A straight note on portfolio size

Creativ360 is a new agency and we'd rather be upfront about that than gloss over it. What it means practically is that Heatwave wouldn't be one of fifty clients being managed at arm's length. You'd be a priority, worked on by the founder, with real attention paid to your specific situation. The quality of thinking in this proposal is a genuine indication of how we'd work — not a performance for the pitch.

What we'd cover in a discovery call

We'd spend 30 minutes understanding how Heatwave wins work, which sectors you're most keen to grow in, what frustrates your team about your current setup, and which parts of this proposal feel most relevant to where you're at right now. No pressure to take everything — we can start with what makes the most sense.

Let's map this out

A 30-minute call is all it takes. We’ll talk through where you’re at, what feels most useful, and whether there’s a fit worth exploring. No commitment, no hard sell.
